Eat your way to good skin! Diet is a huge part of having your best skin, supermodels and celebs alike consume healthy and sometimes bazaar foods to improve their skin and retain youthfulness. Winter is a time when we often choose to indulge and consume unhealthy meals, however, this can be detrimental to your skin. We recommend a lush winter salad to help give you a gorgeous winter glow.




INGREDIENTS



1 Cup kale (chopped)

1/2 Avocado (sliced)

1/4 Cup slightly roasted chickpeas

1/4 Cup Pomegranate Seeds

Sprinkle of sesame or chia seeds
1 tbsp Olive oil

1tsp balsamic vinegar

1/2 Cup sprouts (optional)

Small handful slithered almonds



METHOD



1. Add chopped kale and sprouts into a bowl and toss together.


2. Add chickpeas, almonds, chia or sesame seeds and pomegranate seeds on top of kale and sprouts mix.

3. Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar and add to salad gradually.

4. Transfer into a smaller bowl and enjoy!



A cup of green tea goes well with this delicious salad!
