Up to this year, I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. However, the company stopped sending me the subscription saying it's out of stock for nearly 2 months, and yet this product has been on sale on their website all this time. I have emailed the customer service and messaged them on Messenger multiple times, but there's never been any response from anyone. I have good reason to believe this company has changed ownership and its management has been appalling. Previously the company had a phone number and always responded to all enquiries promptly. But all this has stopped from the end of 2025. I will reconsider whether I will continue to use their products and I think everyone should take notice of this problem.
