Brightening Smoothie


1/2 Fresh lemon squeezed. 

1/2 Cup of pineapple 

1/4 Avocado 

1/4 Cup of strawberries

Handful of spinach 

1 Cup of coconut water or plain water

Top with a sprinkle of chia seeds


  • Place everything into a blender, mix, and enjoy! 



Lemon contains naturally high levels of citric acid which helps to detox the body and help to remove harmful toxins. This can help your skin stay clean and clear. Pineapple is a delicious fruit that offers vitamin C which is a great source of antioxidants and when ingested can help to improve skin texture and tone. Avocado is known for providing good fats to the body and giving a dose of minerals and antioxidants which help to unclog pores and reveal radiant, glowing skin. Spinach is another ingredient full of antioxidants and is essentially an all-rounder when it comes to targeting the skin.  The nourishing properties of strawberries make them the perfect smoothie ingredient, a bonus is the creamy and fruity flavour they give to make this smoothie not only great for your skin but equally as delicious. 


Radiance Smoothie


1 Medium Frozen Banana

1 Cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 Cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)

½ Cup Spinach

1 ½ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk


  • Place everything into a blender, mix, and enjoy!  


Berries of all kinds are packed full of antioxidants which is the ultimate smoothies addition for glowing skin and a rejuvenated complexion. Bananas are said to encourage hydrated, moisturised skin. Naturally, this makes them a necessary addition to smoothies, they also give added creamy texture. Spinach, as mentioned in the last recipe, is the ultimate all-rounder for any smoothie recipe. 

Goodness Salad 


1 Cup kale (chopped)


1/2 Avocado (sliced)


1/4 Cup slightly roasted chickpeas


1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds


Sprinkle of sesame or chia seeds

1 tbsp Olive oil


1tsp balsamic vinegar


1/2 cup sprouts (optional)


Small handful slithered almonds



  • . Add chopped kale and sprouts into a bowl and toss together.
  •  Add chickpeas, almonds, chia or sesame seeds and pomegranate seeds on top of kale and sprouts mix.
  •  Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar and add to salad gradually.
  • Transfer into a smaller bowl and enjoy!



The Goodness salad is packed full of tasty food that also offers amazing benefits for your skin. The perfect light lunch or dinner accompaniment.

Baked Salmon and Papaya Salmon


1 fillet of salmon

1 lemon

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 cup grated green papaya

¼ cup chopped cherry tomatoes

5 leaves mint chopped

5 leaves coriander chopped

1 red chili

Salt and pepper



  1. Place a fillet of salmon onto a sheet of alfoil skin down.
  2. Mix ½ of the chopped red chili with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and pour over the salmon fillet.
  3. Thinly slice half of the lemon and place slices across the top of the salmon fillet slightly overlapping.
  4. Gently wrap the fillet with alfoil and ensure all edges are closed so the salmon can steam making sure the foil does not touch the side and top of the fillet.
  5. Place onto a baking tray and into the oven for 15-20 minutes on 160 degrees Celsius.
  6. Whilst the salmon is baking, place the remaining soy sauce, chopped chili, and squeeze half the lemon into a small bowl and mix.
  7. Place papaya, mint, coriander and cherry tomatoes into a bowl and toss together.
  8. Mix in soy, lemon, and chili dressing to taste-making sure not to add too much (there may be left overdressing).
  9. Remove salmon from oven and transfer to a plate, add the salad and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Enjoy!
