Shipping & Returns

No product makes it into our range without being thoroughly tried & tested and we stand by the effectiveness of our skincare. We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchases, if you're purchasing a product for the first time and you're unsatisfied with the effectiveness of your new purchase, please give our beauty team a call to discuss so we can assist with finding the best possible solution for your skin concerns.

Returns & Exchanges

Products must have been purchased directly from Skin Physics. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.

A store credit or exchange will be granted where:

• The product is sealed and packaging is in an unused, undamaged, saleable condition and it is within 30 days of purchase date.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

A refund or replacement will be granted where:

• The product is faulty or is not in acceptable quality
• The product does not meet the description provided

* No returns, exchanges or refunds on sample size products.

Delivery Info

We deliver to all destinations within Australia and New Zealand, based on the following estimated delivery times and fees:

• Generally 3-5 working days following dispatch – $10.00 basic shipping for Australia and $16.00 for New Zealand.
• Complimentary shipping is also available on all online orders over $80 in Australia and $100 New Zealand.
• Orders must be placed by 1pm AEST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day.
• Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
• Most destinations in Australia and New Zealand will receive items within 5-10 business days.
• Please take into account remote destinations in Australia and New may take an additional 1-2 business days.
