1 Eligibility Period:
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date, supported by proof of purchase.
2 Condition of Product:
Products must be returned in original packaging, with no more than 20% of the contents used. Products that are empty, damaged, or without packaging are not eligible for refund.
3 Excluded Items:
The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to:
Items purchased on sale or promotion (including bundles or clearance).
Face masks, skincare accessories, or applicator tools for hygiene reasons.
Electronic devices or beauty tools (e.g. cleansing devices, LED tools, Dermasonic).
Trial-size or sample products.
Products marked as Final Sale.
4 Shipping & Handling Costs:
Refunds apply to the product purchase price only. Delivery, freight, and return postage costs are non-refundable.
5 Proof of Purchase:
The refund applies only to items purchased directly from the official brand website or authorised retailers. Third-party resellers and marketplace purchases are not covered.
6 Return Approval:
Customers must contact Customer Care before returning any item to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
7 Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
8 Misuse or Abuse Clause:
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse of the guarantee or excessive returns history.
9 One-Time Use:
The Money Back Guarantee applies once per product per customer.
10 Regulatory Compliance:
Nothing in this policy limits rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
